I usually take PhyGlow. I like them but was thinking of trying a new one.

I take a no-wheat phytoceramides supp made by EarthMed. One bottle has 200 caps and sells for about $15 and free shipping. Each cap contains sweet potato-sourced phytoceramides and provides 350mg. Recommended dose for that particular supp is one 350mg cap daily. But I take two, one in the am and then another in the pm. There's no need to take more than that b/c it is passed out of the body. In fact 350mg is actually all you really need in a day. I have been buying this from the same ebay vendor for a few years. Search no wheat phytoceramides to find it on ebay.
