I had high hopes to sleep good but--after 75 minutes to get to sleep I am wondering. I woke up almoat every hour last night. Did it help you?

I have tried the pills and they didn't work but I found the liquid and it does work for me. I'm not sure it will keep you asleep all night but it helps me to fall asleep.

No! I took it years ago and it gave me what I call waking nightmares. I kept seeing someone standing at the foot of my bed but I could not move.

i use the pills or the sublingual once a week or so.

generally 3mg is enough to put me to sleep within an hour of taking it. how many mg are you taking?

i dont have trouble staying asleep, i occasionally have trouble falling asleep.

My problem usually isn't falling asleep, it's staying asleep despite being on Lunesta.  I had a sleep study done in 2010 and discovered that not only was I getting less REM sleep than normal, it was poor quality too boot!  I was prescribed a CPAP but it's very claustrophobic and dehydrating.

I use Melatonin or Advil/Tylenol PM.

Melatonin has given me weird dreams every time I've tried it. Seemingly restless sleep too. I have better luck with an Advil/PM when I need to do something.

I find that benadryl or other antihistamines work as well as any OTC sleep meds

I tried melatonin for years. Finally, I realized it never worked. I stopped taking it.
