Lessman's green tea capsules - question

Does anyone take Andrew Lessman's Green Tea capsules AND break them open and pour them into liquid or a smoothie?

I'm just wondering if anyone has and if you find it ok.

Thanks!

If I were going to use it for smoothies, I'd just buy Matcha powder and use that.

Thanks, @ChynnaBlue!   That is a good idea.  I'm hoping to avoid caffeine, though.  But, it's certainly a good idea to consider.  Thanks again.

Andrew's green tea capsules have caffeine in them.  Why not just drink green tea?  It has much less caffeine than black tea, and black tea has less than coffee.

Thanks, @NickNack -- you're right, Lessman's do have caffeine.  For some reason, I was thinking it's still less than matcha.  Not sure though.

Hi. For what it's worth I have seen that Vitacost carries decaf green tea supplement capsules. I've been curious but haven't tried them. You may want to check them out. I have bought food fromVitacost but not supplements, so cant speak to quality or effectiveness. But it is a great company. Hope this helps

Andrew's Green Tea EGCG capsules do not contain caffeine. I DVRed his shows last month and just re-watched his 10-16 show (with Shannon) when these capsules were one of the Today's Specials. He specifically said that they contain no caffeine or calories.
