Apparently...{#emotions_dlg.rolleyes}{#emotions_dlg.glare}

At any rate, Lacey1, I appreciate the warning, and your experiences as a RN in the ER (with leftovers).

I would like to add that Turkey would be another Holiday leftover that should be consumed within 2 days, or frozen for safety's sake. {#emotions_dlg.blush}

2 days?......i eat it for up to a week if it is still leftover, chicken also.

if it has worked for me all of these years i am not going to change my leftover eating habits. of course, that is MY choice. not sure how many others enjoy being told to "learn something." not everyone follows the "strict rules" with food consumption.

I am so-o-o-o very relaxed... after all, I'm so happy that she's the FLOTUS rather than Mitt's wife! {#emotions_dlg.laugh}{#emotions_dlg.biggrin} It's been a great 6-1/2 years! {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Yes, it is your choice -- however, I hope you aren't feeding your kids or grandkids 'your leftovers'. If they became ill and ended up in the ER (because of your choices) you could, and probably would, be charged with Child Endangerment because there would be an investigation into The Source of *their food consumption*.

Bread and rolls are the number one source of sodium in America. The sodium in a ham sandwich isn't just from ham.
