HSN TS Glucosamine Chondroitin plus UC II always stock up buying two containers of 900 capsules take 5 capsules everyday which two are year supply. I also love Andrew's Marine Collagen MSM Peptides- two or three scoops daily. Did I mention? I love Andrew Lessman!

What's your experience with these?  I tried them a couple years ago and noticed no change whatsoever. 

Perhaps I didn't take them for a long enough period?   I'm still looking for something like this.

I am a huge Lessman fan. I liked his bars ok but I wish he would do more versions - like maybe a fruit choice instead of all chocolate/nuts/peanut butter.
