Many thanks.
@ECBG ... l take medication at night time but by the time I go to bed it's an hour or more later. I drink a big gulp of water before going to bed. Wake up between 3-4 hours to use bathroom... sleep another 4 hours then I'm up for the day.
l will say one of my meds is to sleep because l suffered from insomnia all my adult life so for the last ten years l sleep really, Really good !!! 😊 Sometimes I'll sleep 7 straight hours and sometimes even more! I feel soooooo good to be able to sleep so well now!!
I hope you're feeling a little better each day. You've been through a lot !! 💖

I've found that if I cease from drinking anything after 8:00 PM, I won't have to get up during the night.
As someone who has suffered from bouts of insomnia, this works out great for me!
I prefer to "hydrate" during the day, and "sleep" at night. ![]()

Two hours works for me but everyone is different.

For me it doesn't matter when I stop drinking fluids b/c my BP med makes me retain water until I lay down. I'm up half the night peeing. Just hate it.
