And to top this all off, I had a horrible dental procedure yesterday....an apicoectomy....when the novacaine wore off I was in immense pain.  Do you think they gave me a pain rx???

NO!!!  (They cut through the gum and bone and treat the root tips (that have abcessed) of the tooth taking out the abcess (pus), fill it back in with medicine and bone graft and stitch it up)  I was awake most of the night.
