I walk when I can which really gets my head in a better shape!  I have been struggling a lot with tendonitis and some days I can't do it and when I can't, I am pretty miserable! Other than that, reading kind of helps a little bit, but not as much as walking!

I get a half hour massage every other week at a spa just around the corner. It is enormously relaxing. The same therapist is there for every appointment and her touch is perfect. I am sure it stimulates every kind of feel-good chemical my body produces.

Highly recommend the tactile stimulation, the pressure and  strokes that benefit circulation, and the warm flat stones for skin and muscle relaxation. I walk home and let myself take a nap. I am remarkably carried to positivity by endorphins for about a week. Physical treatment that provides a lot of mental improvement.

This sounds heavenly @gizmogal !
