*********  Thank you for the info.  That is interesting. I ate some cheese and put a small pat of butter on some brussel sprouts today.  So far, I am fine....crossing my fingers.  I tend to think it is more the gluten.  We will see. I will add a little more dairy tomorrow if I am ok....
