"Back in Control" by David Hanscom.
My physiatrist is working with me on my chronic back pain and he wanted me to read this book, so I did.
I don't quite get it.
For one thing, I'm put off by the self-congratulatory tone by the author. I'm glad he got well and he helped other people feel better, but I guess I'm one of those lesser mortals who doesn't understand it/don't like it/don't think I can do it.
I'll talk it over with my doctor and maybe he can tell me what I'm missing. But if anyone here has read it, I'd like to know what you think of it.
