I take quite a few...Vit. C, D, Calcium, Biotin, baby aspirin, tumeric, Ultimate eye and Omega 3. Seems like a lot to take at once so I am thinking of taking half of them at breakfast and the rest at lunch. Opinions?

I also take quite a few supplements and I take mine all at once in the morning. I keep mine in a plastic weekly pill container so I find it's just easier to take them all at the same time.
I see no reason why you couldn't split them between breakfast and lunch. The reason I take mine all at once is so I don't forget them.

Most supps are best taken with food in your stomach. Digestive acid helps make the supps absorb better in the gut. Acids in general help digest supps. That's why some supps contain small amounts of vitamin C (ascorbic acid) so it helps aid in digesting them. Also follow the directions on the bottle for how to take any particular supp.
Fat soluble supps/vitamins absorb best when taken with fat in the food. Turmeric is also a fat-soluble supp.

I take a lot of supplements too. Some are taken on an empty stomach, some with food, some once a day, some 2 or 3 times a day. You'll need to figure that out and organize them accordingly. I have three large embroidery floss containers and set my supplements up for a month at a time; morning, lunch, and dinner.

I spread mine out throughout the day. Some are first thing and then I take some two more times. Then I have some I take at the end of the day. I like doing it this way with the variety I take.

your thread title:
Fish oil Capsules
Vitamin D-3 Capsules
Zinc Tablet
Niacin Tablet
B12 Monthly Injections
Total supplements and (prescription meds as directed by my doctors): 6 in the morning.
Total Supplements and (prescription meds as directed by my doctors): 9 in the evening.
Tylenol 8hr.(2 tablets). I take 1 tablet 2 hours before each of my 2 hour ice skating sessions. Which until now was 3 days a week. August rink schedule has only 2 sessions per week available for skating. ☹
Have been doing it this way for years.

Hi, @bargainsgirl ! I take a number of supplement and an Rx and split them morning and evening. By far most in the morning but I do save the 81 mg aspirin for night. I was advised that the aspirin should be taken in the evening since most heart attacks occur early morning. Not sure if true or folklore.

If you do take vitamins that are in the B family and if you have difficult time sleeping--take the B vitamins in the morning as they tend to give you energy. The later in the day that B vitamins are taken the harder it is to sleep.
