Are you taking vitamin D3? Our bones need it. I take Andrew Lessman D3. We don't get enough D3 from the sun and almost none from food.

Seems like fingers take forever to heal.  I broke my little finger about 20 years ago and thought it would never return to normal.  To this day it and my ring finger are still slightly swollen increasing my ring size by one size up.

@Luvsmyfam:

I broke my thumb when I was 21 years old.  It took months for it to feel even close to normal.  Best of luck to you with your healing.

Ye, I've found bone injuries take forever to heal as I have gotten older. First I have to ask if you have had this Xrayed? You may have a soft tissue injury also or instead of it being bone. I had a fractured scaphoid bone in my wrist that unskilled doctors could not see on the X-ray. Going to a specialist was the answer for me as he found the injury right away when the minor emergency doctor couldn't find the injury. Best wishes to you!
