@Nightowlz You stop it from showing the time when you lift your wrist in your settings under quick view. Then you just have to hit the button to see the time when you want to. Or tap the screen depending on which Fitbit you have.

I think I turned mine off when I had my original Charge HR. I was trying to save battery because I had to charge it every other day. Turned out I had a bad unit and they just sent me a new one but I got used to having it off at that point.

@pigletsmom I have the Fitbit HR that Q had as the TSV in Dec.

I turned it off in settings quick view. Now when I lift my wrist it does not come on. It does come on if I tap it. Hopefully no light tonight.

It worked last night. I still saw the light a couple of times so I must have pressed the screen enough for it to come on. Guess I was not wearing it right last night since I had a modified sleep pattern only this morning. Guess it was to far down on my wrist. Only had 4 hrs good sleep.

I have the Fitbit Charge HR....don't know if it matters on what info you can get or not but what do you ladies mean about REM sleep?  How do I check my sleep for that?  I know how to go into that area and when I tap it shows me all these bands....some are light blue...some darker blue and red for awake time.  Then a break down on restless times and so on.  Is this where your are getting the REM sleep info??

I don't dream much myself and not sure I want to remeber them!  Saturday I did remember it....I was pregnant and having a baby!! It was a nightmare (I am in meno) so I have no idea what that was all about LOL!!  I felt upset and unrested once I woke up from it.

@tsavorite

I tap on the moon icon from the dashboard. It brings up a page with a graph showing hours slept.

Since I have the app on my iPad i just slide the graph screen to the next page which shows sleep schedule.

The 3rd page has the Hours in Sleep Stages which shows REM, Light, Deep & no stages of sleep. You can tap on each day to show another chart.

Using the app on my desktop computer I click on see more under the moon icon. From there you can click on the day per week to see your different sleep stages & how long they are. HTH

LOL!!! I could not imagine having a baby at my age. That would be an exhausting dream.

DH dreamed he was being chased all night Sat night so he was exhausted.
