Sorry you have this. I have Sjogrens and have found Restasis does help. I also have permanent tear duct plugs. These have been amazing. I still use TheraTears several times a day. Do look at the package and try to use those without preservatives. Most preservatives are irritating to those of us with super dry eyes. Good luck

So does my Mom and the tear duct plugs helped her so much. I have some issues too. I was diagnosed with chronic dry eye and prescribed Restasis but found when my hormones are balanced I don't have a problem. Now keeping them balanced is another story...
