I make a pest of myself if I really have to hear back from a doctor or their office. I would be calling daily and posting messages daily till I get a response.
Last week I had an eye issue and had to be seen by my opthalmology practice. I left several phone messages; none were answered. I finally left a message with the on-call service and a doctor called me, telling me to come in. It took a good bit of effort to finally get thru to a human.

I had an MD who didn't respond for days to my email requesting refill of my prescription. This is how she said patients should contact her. I reported her to the business manager of which she is a part of a large consortium of MD's. Irresponsible, neglectful behavior for an MD.

Covid19 or not. MD's are responsible people and have planned back-ups for issues they can't attend.

Is this the same doctor you saw last week about bloodwork and she brought up other issues?

No excuses. These are highly educated, trained professionals who took an oath. No excuses to ignore your patients.
