@Patriot3  Oh that's rotten.  I hope you start feeling better very very soon.  Wish we were rid of  this nasty plague.

I am so sorry you have Covid @Patriot3 and I sincerely hope you feel better soon.

Like you, I try to be conscientious about Covid prevention. I have not had my booster this year since I am currently on an antibiotic and, I don't want to compromise the efficacy of the vaccine. If I were to get Covid, I do want to feel that I did everything I could to prevent it, just as you do. Please keep us updated on how you are doing, if you are able.

The covid vax I got last week kicked my butt. I've been feeling dragged down for a week now. It wasn't like this last year. I'm just here to say.

@SilleeMeeme, too! My arm really hurt for a week, too. I opted for getting the flu shot at a later date because last year getting the two together knocked me out for several days.

I was surprised at all the side effects from the COVID shot this year, but glad I got it!

Hope you feel better soon.

I know the pain from that Covid shot ! had my Covid shot on my right arm and my Flu shot on my left arm at Walgreens about 3 weeks ago and it's a good thing I am left handed because that Covid shot had my right upper arm very very painful for about a week !  That was the only issue I had. Everything is fine now, glad I had them done.

Ugh!  I am sorry to hear this @SilleeMee  I will get the vaccine even though it may "kick my butt" also.  I hope you feel better soon!

It's interesting to me that my covid vaccines in the past left me with side effects for about 36 hrs. Now, my DH has never felt any side effects. He did get his covid and flu vaccines a couple of days ago with no apparent side effects. Since I'm on an antibiotic right now, I will wait to get my vaccines.

I had a sensation of a mild fever and was lethargic for the afternoon and evening after getting the COVID and flu vaccines that morning.

No pain in the arm.  Felt like normal the next day.

My covid vax made my arm hurt like hill for almost a week. Not only that but it was itching like a mosquito bite, my entire upper arm was very red and it felt warm to the touch. The itching lasted about three or four days. I wonder if I had an allergic reaction to it?
