That's nuts. 

Even where some researchers have found a lower average body temp, that happens to be 97.5, which would mean that yours was actually lower.

And again, even that "new" temp is an average--as was the 98.6, BTW. The CDC's "fever" range is even higher.  Add to that, the fact that everyone with Covid doesn't even exhibit a fever.

No wonder Covid temperature guidelines are virtually nonexistent.

My favorite was when the clerk at Old Navy took my temperature at CHECK OUT while I was paying for my merchandise!

Hospital this morning. Nurse used under the tongue thermometer. Mine was 97.6°.
