Alzheimer Disease Study

[ Edited ]

For the last year or so I've been participating in an online study to measure memory.  It's called the Alzheimer Prevention Trials Webstudy by researchers at the Keck School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic and Brigham Women's Hospital.

It's a series of online memory tests every 3 months.  They are looking for more participants, age 50+, and entirely confidential.

The website is   www.aptwebstudy dot org for anyone that might be interested in helping w/research for this terrible disease.

Sadly, it's too late for my husband. He did all that's recommended to maintain a healthy life, except for choosing ancestors. His grandmother died of Alzheimer's and it looks like my husband inherited it. He earned a PhD, taught at an Ivy League university for over three decades, but can no longer deal with everyday challenges. It is a horrible illness.
