I don't have it but I have looked at it many times. I don't think I could use it because I have severe arthritis in my hands and probably wouldn't be able to hold on to it. Instead I bought an exercise chair with built-in resistance bands (Nano Gym from evine). It's the best piece of exercise equipment I have ever owned because I use it every day. I feel stronger in my upper body now and I am happy about that. I have arm and abd definition. My back muscles look good. I love it.Woman Happy

There are several Body Blade lengths.  The shorter ones are supposed to be easier.  You can research it on the internet.  I have been considering one for several years.  While at physical therapy a year ago, I saw someone using it.  I asked my therapist about it and she said they use it for different conditions.  Without disclosing any personal information about the client using it, my therapist said that the exercise I was watching was for the client's shoulders.

I feel if it's good enough to be used at a hospital owned physical therapy practice, it is a decent piece of equipment.  I'm waiting for mine to arrive. Good luck.

I bought the knock off reactor aerobar trainer from walmart for $22.00 and it works great, lots of youtube workouts help to get you started.

I also really appreciate hearing how others have found it, both good and bad.  I have one that I had to stop using b/c of other physical issues, but think I may be able to moderately incorporate it now based on feedback.  Thanks!

I have had mine for a few years and I use it every single day. I only use it 5 minutes a day. That is it. My upper body strength is greatly improved. When I stopped using it for a while, I could tell when I lifted groceries that I wasn't as strong. I like it because it is very easy and you don't have to do too much to get eventual results. I think consistency is key.

I also have the $22 special from Walmart. It's the same exact thing as the way overpriced original version. (I would not waste the money on that.)

The blade is good for some toning. If done properly, you will most certainly feel it in your arms, especially biceps and triceps.

Word of caution, however. With all the exercise methods/equpment I have used over the decades, I would not classify this as a "fun" or necessarily "easy" piece of equipment. You have to be committed to working at this from the start and stick with it until you get the rhythm, or it will sit in the depths of your closet.
