I thought I would update everybody on my Vertigo.  It took almost a week for me to get rid of it. I even tried the Epley Maneuver for it and it seemed to make it worse.  My husband even noticed as I was sitting in the chair and he was talking to me an noted that I looked like I was stiff.  I said I'm tyring not to move my head.  I know it says you may have to do it more than once, but I just couldn't bring myself to do that.  I did end up getting some Dramamine and that did help.  I noticed the active ingredient in it is Meclazine, just probably at a lower dose than the prescription stuff. This was a 24 hour non-drowsy formula.  In the past I have taken Anti-Vert which is a name brand for Meclazine and it made me drowsy all the time, not good when you have to work.

I actually think the thing that helped the most was when I washed my hair and had to turn upside down to put product in it as well as at the end after I dry it.  I was really careful about it and grabbed the sink just in case, but it wasn't near as bad as that Epley Maneuver was.

Today I got outside for awhile putting landscape fabric down underneath some Holly trees to keep the weeds down.  I spent a lot of time getting up and down and on my hands and knees in all kinds of positions, so if it was going to rear it's ugly head that would be the time for it to do that.  I was soaking wet and beat within about 3 hours since it's so hot and the humidity was so high.  But, I finally got the main bed finished that I started the day before this hit me.

When you wash your hair you might want to try ear plugs, getting water in your ears can move the ear crystals around and make you dizzy with vertigo.
