Last time, 8 months ago, I took the prep pills. So much better than drinking soap! Recommend.

@Mmsfoxxie Sorry you had such a bad time.  At least you don't have to repeat that again.  I have to repeat in 5 years and I will be 75.  Hopefully, that will be it for me, too.  I guess if they find something it won't be my last.  

OT  Are you anxious for the madness of MAFS to begin?  Are we looking at January?  Have you kept track of any of the past couples?  Not being on social media, I haven't.

@tends2dogs, I posted on our Denver site this morning as soon as I heard.  October 11, 2023!  Good or bad,I can't wait.  On our other board.  Nothing is set up for Denver over here that I saw.

@Mmsfoxxie I will head over to the other board and check it out.  I didn't post on the Q's MAFS board last season.  

October 11......yay!  I wonder how long they will drag out the selection process.  Whatever, I am tired of 90 day every which way LOL .  It seems some version of it is on every night and couldn't even tell you who any of the people are.  The little guy with the "little man" syndrom is SO annoying!  His wife should run.

My colonoscopy was last Friday. I've only ever done the Miralax/Dulcolax prep before, so I freaked when I heard my group changed to Golytely (was equally freaked when I picked up that big honking jug from the pharmacy). Do you mid if I ask what lemonade mix you were mixing with your glasses? Were you pouring a whole packet in each glass? I have my Colonoscopy scheduled for next Friday the 15th, and I not looking forward to it at all.

I am going to ask the pharmacist about starting the prep earlier as well. I am supposed to start it at 6 P.M. I work from home that day and I would prefer to start a few hours earlier, so that I am not getting up all through the night.

The nurse actually called me yesterday in preparation for my procedure on Friday and I asked her the question and she said that it did not matter. It's all too taste.

And I had called my gastro guy's office in advance and asked a nurse if it was OK to start the prep early. I was told it was fine. Was told to NOT drink the entire prep the night before, as some people choose to do. Reason is that  during the night, bile and digestive juices are released in your system. The second part is to clean that out. I ended up drinking 2/3 the day before and the last third early AM. He said that I was cleaned out well.

I was given the same direction. 3 liters tonight. The last liter early in the morning, and I have to take four pills as well.
