Hi everyone!
7-mile hill route and stairs at the college this morning. I went by myself after dh got back from his run. I am going to do my ""Post-run-yoga"" tape now.
We've been laying out on the back-deck talking to the kids and one of my gf's. Beautiful day!
Hope everyone is okay! We're going to take Lucy on a bike ride to the park so she can run around. Dh said she freaked out and cried like a baby that I was out without her.

Aww....Lucy is such a sweetie, wants to run with Mama.
I went to the gym to do weights but the machine was in use so I did a 21DF w/o instead.

Hi all, I walked 3 miles outside this morning, it was cold in the 30's but I generated my own heat. Still only 40 out...all week rain/snow mix............
pppmint glad you had a nice day to be outside and Lucy got to play at the park.
Nomless good job....you still got a very good workout!

Happy Monday!
Trying to decide if I should go to class or run outside since it will be raining the next two days and today it won't hit until later. My legs are still pretty sore from Saturday's leg-day plus I did 20-miles just on foot over the past two days.
We're still in the 40's in the morning but it's rising...the week before it was 30's in the morning and the week before that we were down to the 20's. My face and shoulders got a little burnt this weekend so I need to be more diligent with the sunscreen or put on a hat.
Dh was supposed to be off this week but he went in to work because my best-friend's dad is dying and I'll have to fly home so he'll have to take off for that to be with Lucy. I should probably take a rest day but I have a feeling I'll be taking a couple soon enough whether I want to or not.
Have a wonderful day everyone! Going to take the peanut out for a couple of miles.

Morning, cold her and most of this week with all rain...Ho Hummmmm
Checking in with the TG for 40 minutes and then used my In Motion elliptical for a little bit.
Not much on the agenda for me other than a hair color.
Pppmint so sorry about your friends dad...it's so hard...praying for all of you.
I really wanted to rake today but isn't looking like that will happen.

Patty, so sorry about your BF's dad.
My 21DF report: only 0.6 lb lost this week. It's commonly reported that week 2 results are not much. In my case, I know I'm to blame. Most days, I ate too little (not enough protein and veg), and one day I ate a waffle with butter and syrup!
It's difficult for me to eat all the food I should eat. To do so, I have to eat nearly all day, and many days that's just not possible. Also difficult is cutting back on carbs. For me, a bowl of string beans will never be as satisfying as a hunk of warm bread and butter! I find myself thinking about carbs a lot, but gave in only once with that waffle.
I'm going to do better with food this week. No more waffles! LOL

Hi everyone! I jogged on the treadmill today 2.55mi./33 min. There is nothing like jogging/running...it is the only thing that I thoroughly enjoy (besides wine!).. now if I can keep it up, then I can lose the lbs. that I've gained over the past year. Size 4 jeans are calling my name!
