Hello to all. Sounds like you're being productive today. I'm eating a salad while husband is taking a bike ride. Went to gym after work. 2 miles elip / 2 miles glider (that's what I call it), warm up with row machine, cool down on ab machines. Watching PROPERTY BROTHERS. That's my life today -- got the laundry going and great shows on TV tonight.

Hi everyone! 40* and sunny today...and the wind is down.

Today is my bedsheet and cleaning day, real exciting.

I already took Lucy out for a couple of miles and did some yoga...now I'm heading out for a bike ride after I finish eating.

Hi Everyone, Errands, cleaning, laundry, ironing and workout done. Weather- sunny, 40s and lots of wind. Sounds like a blizzard. Bopper- I have to work half of the weekend. I really like split weekends. The come to Michigan tv ads are on again. I think of you when I see them. Patty- funny to think that you will be living just down the road! Hi all! These have been around a while at our private club and 24 hour. I still prefer Pilates or an intense core workout. I'm not a machine person! Enjoy when u get a chance . Hi to all!

Morning everyone!

Dh is going diving at the Naval Academy in Annapolis and Lucy and I were originally going to go but I'm not taking her while she isn't feeling her best. She gets too wound up in the car anyway.

So that means I have to go get tortured for an hour instead at OTF.

Yesterday I went for a run, a bike ride and lifted some bi's and shoulders...sure hope we don't hit those hard today.

We finally got the date for my husband's ceremony so we can get the invitations and get those sent out. The outgoing one gets to choose the date and location...it's on the beach...ay. I'm sure it will be 100* and 100% humidity.

Tony, we'll only be in Newport for a short time, he has to go to legal school and one other one...then we'll move to Va Beach.
