@Naturesbeauty Awesome news! So good to hear about your progress. Did you say how much you lost the first week. I think that is the Fast Five week. They didn't have that years ago when I did NutriSystem.

I did pick up a box of their snack bars last weekend. At my Walmart, they are in the pharmacy area, where the weight loss products are. I also grabbed the chocolate probiotic drink, which I found to be quite good with ice cold water. Not sure that is the same thing that Marie said was included in the TSV, but found it quite tasty.

I also saw that they have something that looks like the Fast Five, but it is for four (?) days. Think the QVC TSV was for seven days, losing five pounds.

Someone I know quite casually purchased directly from NutriSystem. Don't know her well enough to ask too many questions, nor do I see her that often, but she said the frozen food is very good from NutriSystem. She mentioned ice cream and even some dinners were frozen. Guess you would have to get two separate shipments to get the regular food and also the frozen. Don't know how that works.

Keep checking back in. How much more would you like to loose?

@World Traveler the box that you buy from Walmart is for 5 days, you can add the five shakes. They sell those at Walmart too. (Choc & Vanilla) the box of food for 5 days is usually $39.95 on sale most of the time. They usually have 3 different boxes to choose from. But online at Walmart they have several more choices. We have 4 Walmart’s in our area to shop at. The first week I lost 8 pounds. I’m not sure how much more I want to lose. I can get back into my size 10 jeans now. (Denim & Company). That makes me happy. When I started Nutrisystem I could barely get my size 12 on........

@Naturesbeauty

Glad to see this is working for you and you are feeling so much better about yourself, and life in general. I don't  have any idea who said this phrase, but is wise to keep it in mind, everyone who has lost weight.

"Losing weight is the easy part, maintaining one's weight is when the work begins".

Something like that anyways. My best to you in whatever your goal(s) may be. Congrats on your success.

@hckynut I have to agree losing the weight is the easier and keeping it off is the hardest. If we could just decide that eating is a life style. Something you must decide that smaller potions and indulging in our favorite foods once in awhile is okay. Thank you for giving me a boost of confidence that I can do it. Nutrisystem has really helped me get back on track.......! I have this saying on my mirror in my bathroom “BELIEVE YOU CAN & YOU’RE HALFWAY THERE!” My mom always said if you make up your mind you can do it. (Gosh I miss her....😢) I lost my mom 5 yrs ago in September. I let myself go and in January I had a talk with myself and decided it was time. So here I am getting better everyday and liking life again. Many thanks again for taking the time to post.....🙋🏻❤️

I decided to try the Probiotic Chocolate NutriSystem Shake at Walmart and it is very tasty and actually helps with bloat.

I have eaten a couple of the snack/meal bars they also carry. Quite good, I must say.

I see they also carry a breakfast muffin, but have not tried it yet.

Everything tasted quite good!
