I have to say, they are delicious.  It is a meal replacement and a new item.  He said,  half of one bar is a meal replacement, but so good, it is hard to eat just a half.

They are everything he said.  I got six of the choc . Brownie Almond crunch and six of the peanut butter choc chip.

Got all the good stuff in them, and none of the bad.

Look them up if interested.  I will buy again.

so, if one bar is equal to 2 meals, are you overeating?

@qvcaddition , do they keep you from actually feeling hungry for the several hours? If it was to replace a meal for me, it would have to make me feel full for several hours.

Not a lot of calories in the whole bar/two meals but a lot of fat, sodium, and carbs.  Not very healthy.

Why would they package it like this - half a bar is one meal replacemtn; - why not just make it half the size?

That would depend on the person I would think. Not if you are a big eater.  I am not, but it doesn't keep me full.  A whole bar is 280 cal.  I eat half and save the other half for a snack at night when I don't have any yorgurt to snack.

I usually don't eat lunch, so I ate this1/2 for lunch.

My breakfast is usually 260 calories and not as healthy as this bar.  I will eat eggs and toast for breakfast or a toast with Peanut butter.

Can't answer that.  They are thick and healther than the snack bars out there.  Much more tasty. I've tried quite a few.

I exercise a lot, so I need the carbs.  He has put quite a few vits. in them.  I was drinking the secure pwd during the day for a meal replacement with fruit and yogurt in a shake.

This is quicker for me before I exercise.

Re: Andrew Lessman secure Bars

I'm not a bar person anymore, I prefer eating real food.  Most bars are no better than a candy bar.  These are pretty pricey. However, as bars go, they aren't so bad.  The carb count isn't awful, 4 or 8 net carbs, depending on if it's a half or whole bar that's consumed, and as long as the bar is used as a true meal replacement.  I could see myself maybe getting these for when we travel and don't have access to my own kitchen, but wouldn't buy them regularly.

Re: Andrew Lessman secure Bars

I thought they were acceptable, not as good as some of the reviewers found them.

As to a half a bar substituting for an actual meal - if you are not very hungry and drink a lot of liquid with it, yes, it will hold off hunger for two or three hours.
