Hi Everyone -
I am completely drained. I'm sitting at work now trying to keep my eyes open after 10 hours of sleep. I recently had a bunch of blood work done and everything was in perfect order. However, I did just start working out last Monday. I haven't worked out in over a year, so obviously I am out of the game a bit! And my friend threw me into the workout at full force - has me moving non-stop for 45 minutes in between the treadmill and weights. Do you think these workouts could be the reason why I am so tired? I've only worked out Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday so far. I started feeling this tired on Friday. Thoughts? Thanks so much! Be well.
