I guess they are still our pharmacy benefit manager but I no longer have them mail us scrips.  Our negotiated union contract allows us to use a local pharmacy and that's what we do.  I do have a friend who has to take their mail order scrips.  The problem?  They load you up with 9 months of a drug with all the co-pays that entails.  Then the doc switches drugs or dosages and you are stuck.  Conflict of interest with them fulfilling two functions, pharmacy and pharmacy benefit manager.
