OMG I am crying after the lasts caller. She was so sweet and was crying as she thanked Chaz.

Okay y'all, I just have to share again how much I am loving my hair lately. I have been skipping the leave in and styling creme. I know this is a no no, but my hair is so great! I have always used leave in and styling creme. For what ever reason, I decided to see what my hair would be like without it. It is great! I can't stop touching my hair. It is smooth and has less frizz. It is even shinier. I feel like my hair is the best it has ever been. Just had to share... I hope everyone has a very Happy Thanksgiving!

@Hilary77 You had me at "less frizz" so I think I'm going to give this a try!

Let me know how it goes.
Different hair types may have different results. I hope it works for you.

@Hilary77, I'm really glad that your newest Wen routine is working so well for you. Thanks so much for continuing to share your latest results!! ![]()
@HSB1204, I have not a lot of baby fine hair that is a few inches below my shoulders. My hair is easily damaged and tends to get very frizzy.
Over the past month, I've been doing my own experiment with increasing the amount of styling creme (SC) that I use as part of my leave in. I've recently increased from 2 pumps of SC to 3 pumps of SC and, for me, more SC = less frizz.
___
This is my leave in routine (while I'm still in the shower and my hair is soaking wet):
* first, 1/2 pump of CC (from 16oz bottle) -- apply from just below the bottom of my head to the ends of my hair (i.e. I don't want the CC close to my scalp because it will make it greasy)
* then, 3 pumps of styling creme (SC) -- apply from just below the bottom of my head to the ends of my hair (i.e. I don't want the CC close to my scalp because it will make it greasy). -- Then I rub the remnants of the SC all over my hands (top and bottom). I rake the remaining SC through the top of my hair 10-20 times. There's not much SC left, so I'm just trying to get a light layer evenly distributed. -- Don't flat palm the SC into yhe top part of your hair, because that might make your hair greasy.
* then I get out of the shower and gently blot my hair dry. I apply 6 pumps of Mousse to the full length of my hair. -- Chaz recommends that you apply the Mousse to soaking wet hair while you are still in the shower, but I get better results this way.
* Then I air dry my hair, or dry it in front of my portable fan (5-6 minutes).

I just went to the salon with my mom to get a haircut. The stylist kept raving about how good my hair felt. She was going on and on about how silky and soft it was. My mom loves the way Wen makes her hair feel but she won't buy it when she found out the cost. She has been using other products. When my mom sat in the chair, the stylist said to her "you don't use Wen do you?!"She told her she can tell because of the way her hair felt compared to mine. My mother and I have similar hair textures. She is getting Wen for Christmas!

@aprimo wrote:I've debated whether to cancel my last shipment of the March TSV (BGT). But I think I'm going to keep it. It is an excellent deal on BGT and I like it so well as a mixer. I also have been using a lot of RTM lately.
I haven't decided how many shipments of the Sept TSV I will keep, but I've been using lots of oil and RTM and it's such a great deal. I think I will keep at least the second shipment of each (2 TT, POM, CA).
I tend to buy anything with a special price (OTO or TSV) on A-D if it's available, just in case I decide I love it so I can keep getting it at the great price. You can always cancel.
I agree with you about purchasing good deals on A-D when it is available. It is better to decide that you don't need it instead of regretting purchasing it when it is available. Especially the most recent September tsv that included the oil. Even if I don't use it for a while, it was such a good price that it makes sense to continue on A-D.

Well, the worst thing that can happen is that I end up with the usual amount of frizz so it's worth a try! ![]()

@bebe777 I've been using more SC lately. Before I was probably only using half a pump but I've been using one and a half lately without a problem. Two pumps make my hair feel weighed down so one and a half seems to be the magic number for me. Still, those new hairs sticking out just refuse to be tamed. I did try spraying some RTM on my hair right after cleansing and adding my leave-in products. That kind of helped but those new pieces of hair definitely have a mind of their own!

@Hilary77 I tried skipping the leave-in CC and SC today. I still had the same little frizzy hairs but I was able to control them with some RTM. Aside from that my hair felt great, though! It felt super soft and moisturized so I really couldn't tell that I had skipped all of the usual leave-in products.
