@World Traveler - What a shame. Hopefully, they will send you a replacement. How is the WWF - as nice as the CC?

Tomorrow I have to send back my 319 NIBT which I ordered on 11/3 and received 11/8. When I unpacked it, the top was not screwed on tight - no big deal there, however, the seal covering the product was lifted up. So, that is going back and I asked for a replacement. That is the first time I've had to return something for possible damage.

@riley1 Oh, Chaz's Customer Service people are awesome. I sent them the photos, but explained that I purchased all the candles during his big sale in July, and would understand if it is past the return time. This is what they said:

"Thank you for contacting us. We will of course send you a replacement. You do not need to send the broken one back. I'll get the new one sent out to you today."

About the Winter White Forest, yes it is as nice as the cleansing conditioner. It is probably my favorite of all of them. Although, the Winter Vanilla Mint is pretty awesome. 

Sorry about the 319 NIBT not having the top screwed on tight. I recently had a similar problem with the 613 volumizing treatment duo I got. One of them did not have a top on it at all (this was from QVC). That one had a bit of leakage too. The other one of the duo was just fine. But I packed them both back up and sent it back as being defective or damaged, asking for a replacement. At least there will be no postage charged because it was defective.

Hooray! Got my replacement candle for the Summer Melon Mint! Am really loving it. Started burning it about an hour ago. I didn't expect the scent to be strong enough to enjoy the full melon effect, but it is just perfect! Best of all, this time the glass wasn't broken! ha!
