WEN Chat - November 2019

[ Edited ]

YAAY! Another day closer to Chaz coming back in December with his always-awesome deals for us! I am eager to see him present again. I always learn something.

But before the fall season gets too far away, I ordered some more Ginger Pumpkin (have an inkling that won't be here next year) and more Tuscan Pear (just in case the new Plum Pear makes it step aside).

I am down to the last bit of Winter White Citrus, perhaps only a couple of more washes with what I have left. Hopefully that is still available. Never know with QVC, if they will say something has to go.

Of course, I have to stock up on my new favorite Winter White Forest. Yummy, right?

What all are you looking forward to when Chaz returns in December?

Hope you are all doing well and I wish you a WENderful day, as always. Heart

Happy Halloween to all.  I can’t wait to see what he is bringing this visit.  I just received the curl creme and my hair is air drying as I text.  I think I’m set with the CC. Have plenty of tea tree and cucumber aloe, my first cleanse and plenty of melon mint and Bella spirit toner, my second cleanse.

Re: WEN Chat - November 2019

Hi, World Traveler!  Thank you for starting the new month!  The Ginger Pumpkin is one of my top favorites too and it's funny, I was thinking about getting a 32oz. this morning.

I REALLY love the Winter White Forest too!  I'm looking forward to the "Chocolate Mint" well, Winter Vanilla Mint but I call it the former.  I'll get another NBT in that.  I'm looking forward to the Winter Red Currant too.  I have the Winter White Citrus in a large EDP, I love that one too.  OH, I'm looking forward to Chaz coming in December too.

I think Chaz will have some nice things for us when he comes back and then I'll pick up some stuff, definitely.

Chaz had a 30% sale on his site and I got the new Bella Lip Balm called "Bare".  It's really nice, it stays on.  The other balms are great too in the results I get but they kind of absorb in.  This stays on.  It smells different too, it didn't smell like Bella, it had a sweet tac to it.  Oh well, I hope you have a WENderful day too and a great weekend! XO

@77yangya Can you describe the color of the new Bella Spirit lip treatment? Do you have the other color he sells and if so, which do you prefer?

@77yangya  I forgot to mention that I like the Winter Vanilla Mint and wondering if that will be available in December. I would want to get that too. But I think it is gone, gone, gone. Smiley Sad Hope I am wrong. I'm definitely a winter gal!

Re: WEN Chat - November 2019

@World Traveler - Thank you for kicking off the new month. I plan on getting more WWF this time around. I'm low on the Citrus but depending on what I get I may have to hold off.

I know what you mean about scents disappearing. I'm thinking 2020 might be the year for that because of the new scents he has coming. Guessing one for fall and one for winter leaving, imo.

Let the countdown begin....

@World Traveler - Forgot to ask when do you go back to the salon? Maybe you will be able to smell the new scents and give us a description. Your so good at hitting the mark on that! I know you have helped me a number of times.

@World Traveler

Hi World Traveler.. What does the winter white forest smell like? I really love the winter vanilla mint, but am interested in trying another scent.

TIA,

Lisa

Re: WEN Chat - November 2019

@Lisa Y To me it feels like a walk thru the forest during winter......fresh, minty pine needles in the crisp air.

I definitely pick up the spearmint and peppermint, which I love. To me it is not too strong; however, I must say I am a mint lover so I can never get too much mint.

The vanilla is rich to me and tones down the mint scent just a tad.

I was hesitant when I first sampled it at his salon, mainly because of the sandalwood, which I am not a fan of. But it does bring a warmth to the overall scent and it is not strong to me.

Overall, as much as I love the Winter Vanilla Mint, I believe the Winter White Forest is better. You can tell there is mint in it, but not as strong to me as the WVM scent. If he does away with WVM, I will miss it; however, the White Forest will be an excellent replacement!

I highly recommend it.

P.S. I love Winter White Forest so, so much that no matter which seasonal I am using, I ALWAYS use Winter White Forest as my leave-in.

@riley1 I don't know when I will back at the salon. Harder and harder to work it out with Chaz's schedule, what with him going to New York more and more. I can only make the trek to Hollywood on a Saturday, as it is a full day's drive (four hours going and four hours coming, then time spent with him). And I always want the first appointment of the day.

I don't know when we are going to be able to connect. When it works for me; he isn't there or is already booked up. Or he has to cancel. His staff tries very hard to reschedule me when he has to cancel due to unexpected circumstances; however, it is not easy because of me working four hours away from the salon. It's not like I can pop in on some evening during the week after getting off work.

I try to get him to cut my hair very, very short right before winter, so it will last around three months. The weather where I live gets very foggy in the winter and it just is not safe to go there. I tried it once in the fog and vowed I would never do that again.

We'll see. Hopefully he will have a Saturday morning cancellation that works out for me, and I can get to his place in November.

Thanks for asking. Heart
