Was anyone else charged $57.24 instead of $52.74? I just saw that this is what my Pink Jasmine was charged as... and I don't think that the price was higher before today. Anyone?

Just spoke to customer service.. if you preordered this check your cost. They may owe you a few dollars!

There was a pricing error the first two days it was listed (the numbers were transposed).

 We caught it and it was reported to QVC and corrected but those who ordered before it was corrected should ask for the refund

When I received an email on January 31st stating this new WEN product, Pink Jasmine Peony, would be the "Item of the Month" in February, I ordered that day! Status of my order is "in process". Estimated delivery date is Feb. 29th. Darn, I hope they don't mess this up. From what they said on air, it can only be ordered in February. My WWC 32oz. Is almost gone and I have been so looking forward to using this new one!

@Brdwygurl, that makes a lot of sense.

@TamiT28, Dooters had mentioned that they were supposed to arrive at QVC (warehouses) by Valentine's Day but that the recent bad weather threw off the schedule. 

Thinking backward... I'll bet that 2/20 was just a placeholder date put on the shipment in case some of the shipments to the four warehouse -- which are in different parts of the country -- got delayed (due to weather). 

Probably a few of the warehouses received their shipments earlier, so they could send their stock out earlier.

@TamiT28...Bebe was probably not familiar with your nickname and because of her sweet demeanor wanted to show some hospitality to someone she thought was new to WEN. 

I hope you you get your shipping issue resolved and enjoy your PJP when you receive it. I ordered mine directly from Chaz and received it last week. I've used it both on my hair and as my facial cleanser and love it so much I plan to order more. Aloha!

@SurferWife @bebe77 Yes Bebe is such a wonderful help to all and keeping track of everything she does is beyond me...Thank you agin Bebe for all you do..

I have not had any real bad experiences either, just slow shipping alot of times...

In fact the Q is heads about Evine and HSN, (I do have story's from their, but it's not a huge deal)...

I am sure we all will enjoy our new PJP whenever it comes, and can enjoy the reviews of those who are using it...(mine is just leaving also and I ordered early)

Hi @turquoiseblue, welcome to the Wen forum and the wenderful world of Wen!!

Right now the PJP CC is only available in February but -- if sales are good, and they always seem to be -- Chaz is hoping to bring it back for October Breast Cancer Awareness month.

Were you able to order the Winter White Citrus option from yesterday's Wen - OTO Seasonals - (2) 16 oz CCs & (2) RTMs - WVM, WCM or WWC and replenish your supply?

Same here LOL! I ordered 2 bottles of the PJP on the 1st of February and it is still sitting in 'processing' mode... Very frustrating as my daughter and I are looking forward to trying this... The TSV is also sitting in 'processing' mode... I guess that is how the Q rolls in the shire lately in gettng things shipped these days, which is by 3-legged turtle with one lung... Ugh... Good luck and hope those that are still waiting for their PJP and other items ships soonest...
