I was out shopping yesterday and saw a book with ice cream recipes. When I saw a recipe for rum and raisin ice cream I thought of you guys. So, if all else fails I guess you can always make your own!

What I like about it is that it is a VERY subtle rum flavor and, as you've said before in the past, it is a true rum flavor and not a fake one. Very very subtle. I like that the ice cream part isn't artificially colored either, lol. I know that is an odd thing to like but I just don't like when they color ice cream to make it look like what we think it should look like (think mint ice cream). Anyway, it is delicious and I'm glad you mentioned it. Hopefully my Safeway continues to carry it because it is a nice option. Yum!

Just thinking about it makes me want to go out and buy a pint. I restrained mself this past weekend, but a local store has it on sale for the rest of the month. How long can I hold out!!?

Okay hey I picked up this chocolate today. It is so yummy. This brand has all kinds of crazy kinds. My husband LOVE the firecracker, which is dark chocolate, a bit of spiciness and...pop rocks. Yep, pop rocks. They pop in your mouth, lol!

Am I the only one who sees an abstract face in the ice cream? 

The two raisins, on the same side of the face, look like crazy demented eyes.

The hole in the ice cream looks like a gaping mouth with a partially melted face oozing from it.

Actually, it looks more like the larger "face" violently regurgitated the smaller one.
