@Stars78 that's an excellent suggestion. I remember reading other Wenners saying that the Wen Kids Apple (WKA) soffened the FAS scent.

@Laura14 unfortunately, the general Wen consensus is that Spring Gardenia Green Tea (too drying for some), Fall Apple Spice (to noxious for some), and Winter Cranberry Mint (too boring for some) are all the likely candidates for the Retirement Vault. I have a feeling that one of the Summer scents will have to go as well, but no one's sure which one it will be.

SEASONALS 

* Fall Seasonal Scents are only available through November 30th (or until they sell out). -- Seasonals - no additional new styling products

* no new Seasonals this year (September 2015 - August 2016). While all of the Seasonals (past and present) will be available for this upcoming year (during their respective seasons), next year some of the Seasonals will be retired (Seasonals - which are your favorites & which will be retired?). -- The general feeling is that Spring Green Tea Gardenia, Fall Apple Spice, and Winter Cranberry MInt are most likely to be retired starting in fall 2016.

@Schnauzers4Me I also have a small FAS RTM... but I use it sparingly because I love the scent. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't last forever on me... oh well.

I use four pumps (from a 32 bottle) of FAS,as part of my leave in, and unfortunately the wenderful scent of FAS doesn't linger in my hair.

@bebe777  I'll definitely have to try all of the mixing suggestions.  Everyone is so wonderful with all of their help.  I actually chickened out and went with Lav for the first cleanse and then did FAS for only the second cleanse.  I woke up cold and huddled in the corner of the tub after passing out again but the longer you leave it on the better right?  I can definitely tell a little bit of a difference that I didn't go full on FAS but it still did my curls good.

I honestly don't mean to be a comedian and heaven help me if the wen team ever reads this thread.  I just let my honest thoughts type away which usually gets me into trouble so I'm glad I put a smile on your faces and hope no one took offense.   It's just a really strong scent!

I'm with you 100%!!!!!! I'm not sure what Chaz is smelling to call it "spicey", to me it's nothing but sickly sweet maple. And yes, it CLINGS--to hair, towels, bathroom tile, combs, brushes, hands (even if I mixed it with other formulas)! Ugh! It worked well for me, too, but I cannot tolerate the scent in my hair all day. @vermint I completely agree about the sweet maple. It's the one thing I don't agree with Chaz about. FGP smells spicy. FAS just smells like nothing but maple. I cleanse every day and the FAS smell was clinging to my hair for days. The bathroom, towels and everything that FAS came near smelled liked it. Yuck!

@HSB1204 and @vermint I must be the only Wenner who thinks that FAS smells like mulled apple cider. After about the 50th mention of maple syrup I started to smell the maple scent but, to me, it's just an after thought. 

Whenevetr I smell FAS I think of a wonderful sunny brisk autumn day and that puts a smile on my face. 

And @Laura14 I agree with @HSB1204 . You are very funny. I'm going to bookmakr this tread as well so I can reread it when I want a good laugh.

@sailor_moon I'm jealous. I had the complete opposite result with FAS. I think I cleansed my hair with other Wen formulas for three or four days in a row and I could still only smell the FAS!

I used my beloved FAS this morning...no smell at all left in my air either...My Hub used it an only smelled apples!..I think the beauty of the Wen scents is they are different for each one...but the performance of the one an only "FAS" is in my hair today!. ..the all time most bouncy hair ever !
