Are any of you having trouble getting the mousse out of the container after using it for a couple of weeks? I'm on my third one and after doing my usual shake, shake, shake, after a while it stops coming out, even though I can tell there is still some in it.
It happened with the 613 mousse, and now with both Lavender containers. So it's not like it was a bad batch. Very frustrating.
What am I doing wrong?

No idea, that has never happened to me. You can try buying a foaming handwash soap at the grocery store, rinsing that out, and pouring your WEN mousse into that. It's the exact same delivery system.

Yes, and it's frustrating. I've poured what's left in the bottle into a spare bottle I kept . When you get down to the bottom it stops coming out too. The little tube is too short to get every last bit. The product is too expensive to waste.

@World Traveler Yes I have and am. I had more than half a bottle of 613 mousse I was experiencing problems with. I got so frustrated a opened a new one. I took it to the salon with me last week and the same thing happened. I find when I open the container it seems to help but I'm still not getting a full pump maybe just a quarter of a usual pump,

Since I purchased them thru QVC and have passed the 30-day return time, there is no way to return them. ![]()
I know if I had purchased them thru Chaz's website or at his salon, I would be able to return them with no problem.
I'm not only talking about not getting all the pumps out that I want in a single use (5-10), but I'm also talking about the fact that after a couple of weeks, I can't get any pumps out....just little dribbles.

I suggest you call CS. I've experienced positive results/return allowed with beyond the 30 day product issues. Remember the older dates on the oils etc that were discussed here...I was able to return a 2011 or 2012 dated product that had been delivered in November with no problem.
Personally, I like to call in the evening most of the time. It seems like the influx of calls dies down and I don't hear or feel the hurry in the reps voice.
I also noted the foaming hand soap delivery system is the same as stated above. I saved an empty Method hand soap (Target) bottle for a just in case.

@rochelleS Thanks. Wasn't aware Customer Service was available in the evenings. I'll do that. Can't hurt, right? I'll report back what I find out.

Have you tried cleaning the pump and making sure the inside tube is attached? The mousse can be a little sticky, and if you use large amounts of it and keep the tip in the puff, the residue can fill in the pump and dry out and then make it difficult for new mousse to come out. If you take out the pump and run the different pieces in hot water (making sure to really rinse out the inside), it should help. Unless there is a crack somewhere in the tube.
