I recall in September when Chaz talked about the proper order of using his products, he said it is backward to how you put products on your face (thinnest product to the thicker product last).
I heard him say it again yesterday, opposite of what how you apply facial products.
So, just checking to ensure I'm understanding him correctly. This is the order I used his products this morning; is this correct?
1. Cleanse
2. Conditioner
3. Leave-in
4. Styling cream
5. Mousse
6. Glossing serum
7. Treatment mist throughout the day or as needed
There are probably many of you who mix these together or maybe even put in a different order, and that works for you. Just wanted to try to do it the way he suggests.

Yes. The Glossing Serum can also be mixed into the styling cream or the leave-in instead of or as well as being added near the end.

World Traveler, I think that you should probably use the Glossing Serum (GS) before you use the Mousse (because the Mousse is lighter). Chaz sometimes blends the GS and the Styling Creme (SC) together. Otherwise, it all looks good.

Yes....I put the GS in with my leave in....you can also use a couple drops of the oils in the leave in too...sometimes I alternate the GS & oil in my leave in....

I typically air dry so thank you for the tip on using more SC. I didn't know that. I learn something new every timeChaz is on
@Rosiebudsmom I have not a lot of baby fine hair that is a few inches below my shoulders.
When I first started using Wen my hair was in terrible shape. I could only use 1/4 of styling creme without weighing my hair down.
Now that my hair is healthy, I can use 3 pumps of SC without weighing my hair down. lol, that's the Wen difference.
Because my hair is so fine it tends to have fly aways, and be frizzy. The extra SC really helps tame my air dried hair.
Best of luck!!!

@World Traveler I have benefitted from @bebe777 suggestion about the extra SC! Also, I started using a t-shirt @bebe777 and it really does make a difference. When I default to my towel now I can tell.

Yep after almost 3 years I still learn new tips / tricks to try. I think I am going to try the More SC thing. I also heard Chaz comments about the amount of mousse to use. I use about 10 pumps now. If I remember right, he said he would use that much on Amanda's hair. I can't remember who's hair he was doing it live on ( maybe Sheila ? ) and he was using 20. Like it's been mentioned before, his one stylist used like 50 on Maria.
I really wish he had someone like Roseanne's but with longer ....and a little less curly hair for reference.

I've just started using more SC & mousse. I'm letting my hair grow over the winter, it's longer than it's been in years but still very short.
I started out with a pea size SC but today I used a full pump & I've increased to 4 pumps mousse.
