Yikes. I do NOT want my white hair to look lavender/bluish. Didn't get that from Chaz' presentation. I got "brighter, whiter."
Now I'm worried.
Revised plan. When the duo arrives, I'm taking ONE CURL and cleansing it with the indigo, leaving on a couple of minutes, as if in the shower, then drying that curl.
@1Professor I look forward to reading your review... and hope you get the results you want. When is your order scheduled to be delivered?
@Tennessee Vol: In theory, the expedited duo I ordered comes today!

@1Professor In theory, oh but in practice...

@World Traveler wrote:@Tennessee Vol YAAAAYYY for the oil on the eyebrows. I try to remember to do it each day. I definitely see a difference!
I'm going to apply it twice a day using a Smashbox Eyebrow brush that came with their eyebrow wax. It has stiff, slanted bristles and is working perfectly! Thanks for recommending using a brush to apply it with![]()

@1Professor It will only show lavender/bluish IF you leave it on too long and go under the heat like Model Jack did. He wanted to do that. He loved the effect. He was trying to see what would happen. It's not like he looked like a Smurf. LOL!!! Chaz just said that he wanted to see it darker, so he sat under the dryer, as I remember him telling it.
But, of course, it washed out.
Don't be worried. I think your idea of taking one curls and cleansing it with the Indigo and then drying it will put your mind at rest.
I am excited to see that UPS sent me a notice saying they will be delivering my package of TSV and BSI/BST tomorrow. I will be experimenting this weekend, that's for sure! I might put it on really, really heavy for a long period of time and put heat on it for a while to get a darker effect for Sunday night, as I am going to a concert. I would fit right in! LOL!

I had been using WEN almost 3 and a half years
Second pic was yesterday evening in low light and hair still damp
after using the BST and BSI ![]()

This pic was this morning after sleeping on my hair
which I could never do before WEN and have decent hair ![]()

@World Traveler: My anxiety emerged from this:
@Tennessee Vol: This morning I keep looking at my hair trying to identify the differences that I see... my hair definitely looks a little darker, I don't know if it's because the salt, which is totally white, is now a very light lavender/bluish color or if it is because the pepper is more brilliant now therefore changing my overall color. It's just as shiny as usual if not more so. Keep in mind that I only used 3 pumps of Indigo mixed with 2 pumps STP on my second cleanse.
She did not go under the heat. She even mixed the indigo on the second cleanse. If she got lavender/bluish, then I risk that result with my all-white thick hair. Not a look I want.
Deep appreciation for your calming words, yet . . .

@1Professor I did keep it on for at least 10 minutes though so that might have made the difference, and I did use cool water to rinse so hot water would't strip the Indigo off. Looking at the pictures @FleaMktQn posted I see a lavender/bluish tint on her hair too. IMO her pepper seems to be darker than what it was in 2017 too.
I have more salt than @FleaMktQn
