beaches ( @ANewHue), I'm really glad that you started this thread because there really are a lot of Wenners who have been having problems with the pump for this new Texturizing treatment spray. 

As bruingirl mentioned in her earlier post, the best thing to do is to email customerservice@chazdean.com and ask them to send you a new pump for the texture spray. 

You can also call their customer service department at 323-467-6444 and if no one is available, just leave a message and they'll get back to you by the next day --  Chaz Dean Salon customer info & links listed in QVC broadcasts.

I wanted to say hi to @LucysMommy @Doherty @scullychick @Gussie2007 and @beatlefan whom I haven't seen around in a while. -- I hope you're all doing well and are enjoying Wen Gallons month. -- Chaz's customer service department is great and they'll want to know about this issue.

After much priming, I finally got it to spray. However, I find it an awkard bottle to hold and spray (does that make sense)? I also find the bottle of RTM too large to hold and spray - I put that spray in a smaller spray bottle.

Update- I contacted Chaz Dean customer service and they are sending me a new pump. Yay!  Hi @bebe777!
