.Anyone else having difficulty with TTS pumps?

Received mine the other day and although I primed it for what seemed like for forever and running it under hot water, nothing.  Out of frustration I used a pump from a 12 oz RTM but that's not going to work because it's much shorter,

@ANewHue I didn't have a problem with priming the pump but it is difficult to pump the product out for me. Guess my carpal tunnel is acting up.  I find the act of pumping it is hard, I almost need both hands. Boy . . . . That sounds silly, uh?

@ANewHue email customerservice@chazdean.com and ask them to send you a new pump for the texture spray.

Doesn't sound silly at all @Suz585, I have RA so at times my hands don't work well too good either (usually winter).  I was using both hands at one point too. Lol

@a WEN Angel You really are an Angel! How nice of you!

I couldn't remember what the extra "T" stood for and was being lazy. Thanks for the clarification!
