I have heard this rep say in a past visit that you should be consuming 100grams of protien per day....REALLY?  To me that's ALOT to eat!  I thought serious body builders might eat that.  ANyone know more about this??

I am not interested in this product but information about eating and how much!

Sounds more like a version of the Atkin's Diet.  High protein, low carb maybe?

Of course they promote a high protein, low carb meal plan.

We, of the low fat, low protein, high carbohydrate sector don't

need, or look for, crazy supplements like this...cuz our plan works.

Low fat whole foods plant based for the win!

FOR YOU, @sidsmom, and all GOOD for you! Not for ME!😉🥑

I'll give you that but at the end of the day,

the cardiovascular system & endothelium will be the final judge.

I have no idea what you are back and forth about ladies, this is a jar of pills that someone who consumes an entire pizza in one sitting, eats a pound hamburger will take and expect to lose weight.

If you eat the proper food, exercise the 30 minutes per day, there's no reason to buy this.

Think about what I said, paragraph one will be those very people who buy this.

Congratulations to all you ladies who have set a goal and made healthy steps to accomplish it.   You can be very proud of what you have accomplished.  The main thing we all have learned over the years is that nothing is easy .  It all takes work and dedication.   Time has proven that quick fixes are not always healthy and do not work long term.   It is up to us all to be the best we can be.  To make healthy choices for us and those we love.

ReBody is on now.  I chuckle listening to Rachel talk to us about weight problems.  She is 5'9"+ and wears I think an XS.    From what she has shared with us during her time at the Q she has never had a weight problem.  She talks about the areas she needs to target to lose.  OOPs.  A Jenny Craig ad just came on the local station.

I've had my salad.  I will put Yanni on and  back to my house work I go.   I will move to the beats of his beautiful music.

Carolyn deserved an Emmy this morning touting the benefits of this snake oil. After that performance, I definitely won't believe much of anything she says.

SOME of us have complex mind/body issues that require DIFFERENT, NONTRADITIONAL, and usually UNIQUE efforts to succeed in managing eating and body issues.

I'm SURE that all of you who are attempting to be kind by offering what has worked for you are UNAWARE that there can be multiple solutions to what, for some of us, can be a complex and heartbreasking.

The ingredients for this product are readily available on the TSV page, and may be researched on noncommercial sources online, and although it may be disappointing, there IS valid research indicating that the combination of the two STATED herbals MAY aid SOME people in losing SOME weight.

At my highest weight, I would have been overjoyed to lose 10 pounds. The suggestions above, generously shared by SO MANY, DID NOT WORK for me. Through trial and error, I learned that I have numerous triggers that I have ultimately been able to address with some success.

If you have not experienced overwhelming cravings combined with overwhelming shame in relation to your body size, please don't think you speak for MY weight/body size/body image issues, please do not think you need to speak for MY obesity, and I will not EVER try to speak for yours.

To those of you who have found YOUR solution, my congratulations. To those of you who are researching the product being sold today and who believe it may be of some help in your efforts to solve your weight problem, hopes that either with the product or by some other method, you are successful.

Putting embarrassment and self consciousness can be a good place to start, and I don't hesitate to recommend starting there.

YOUR CASE IS EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY RARE. THE AVERAGE PERSON WILL INDEED LOSE WEIGHT BY STOPPING JUNK FOOD, REDUCE CALORIE INTAKE AND EXERCISE REGULARLY. THIS PRODUCT IS THE MOST SHAMELFUL, RIDICULOUS BUNCH OF MALARKY EVER.

Nah, it's not that rare at all.  There are many of us out there who are the same.  I don't eat junk food, never did,  I  get exercise everyday and people have problems keeping up with me.

I do not lose weight on a reduced calorie diet.  The only diet that has worked for me is low carb.

I almost went for it but I thought how can your body shed fat in a targeted area from a vitamin pill.

@dex - The answer is it can't.  I'm amazed, if they're making that claim.  And note that the claims have not been reviewed by the FDA.

$60 for hope-in-a-bottle?  No, thank you.  The thing that's "working" for these test subjects is the "2000-calorie diet and walking for at least 30 minutes, five days a week".

Yeah, that claim that you can lose weight from selected areas from this mish mash of vegetables and who knows what is laughable.  Obviously, they are targeting women who are clueless and looking for a miracle, regardless of how silly the claims are.

I'm not sure why anyone is saying the ingredients aren't available.  They are listed under the description. The only things in this is the proprietary blend of flower heads and fruit rinds.  Not sure how that is going to help anyone lose weight though.

I'm no more shocked that QVC would offer this as a TSV than HSN offering weightloss supplements by Andrew Lessman.

As far as the other comments, what works for some isn't going to work for others.  And it's all well and good for people to say eat less and move more but that is a very simplistic approach.  Yes we all know that technically you need to eat less but that doesn't take into consideration the underlying issues many people face that cause them to have such a bad relationship with food and overeat in the first place.  And I think that's what @violann was alluding too but unfortunately, some missed her point.

I know a number of people that have lost weight simply by lowering their caloric intake to X number of calories a day.  And I know people who lose weight watching carbs or watching fat.  And I know that everyone's body is different.  For me, if I eat carb heavy, I am starving.  What works for me in losing weight because it keeps me satisfied is high protein.

Thank you @Lipstickdiva This is obviously a subject that really draws a reaction for me.

You said my thoughts much better than I did! I googled the combination and it has apparently stimulated weight loss in some comparative studies.

One of the herbs is Garcinia, which has been suggested as a potential weight loss aid for a long time and I think I saw something about combining the two.
