I see the pre order for the copper chef pans and also the induction burner. What are your opinions? I also saw simply ming's induction burner. Don't know which to choose. TIA

We have 2 of Ming's. Love them. We hardly use our stove top any more.

Can you set a timer for all day cooking? There is copper chef, ming and now cooks essentials. I can not choose.

Maybe there are some good qualities about the pan but do they mention? There is no copper in these pans whatsoever, they are just aluminum. There are flaws, the bottom is convex and food migrates way from center of pan, and can't use olive oil in them, it will change the nonstick coating. It Turns black if washed in the dishwasher.

I have an old, old T-Fal steamer pan with insert I bought from QVC nearly 20 years ago and still use it several times a week. I have nice All-Clad pans and Le Creuset but love my T-Fal. These are cheap pans I got at Target but love the non-stick and flat bottoms. I tried my daughter's Copper Chef (which she didn't use) and didn't like it. The bottom isn't completely flat and oil runs to corners. I love the size but think I'll pass.
