@Laura14 - Yup tried that.  Then I tried putting some of that gripper drawer liner on top of the box spring.  That didn't work either.  I'm afraid to try pinning or clips as I don't want to tear the sheet.  I've thought about maybe putting it on, pinning it to make an envelope and then take it off and actually run it through my sewing machine.

@Buck-i-Nana  Ooooh look at you.  You are clever like my Martha Stewart sister.  She uses her machine like no one's business.  That is such a good idea, I say go for it.  I actually had my first set come with a ripped seam on one of the pillow cases.  No big deal. I hand sewed it and it's been fine in the washer ever since.

It's the velvet sheets!  The email came to me last night.  Someone please talk me out of my third set.

@Laura14 - When you say velvet sheets, are these different from the Polar Fleece sheets they do?  I have about four sets of those and just ordered another set they have on clearance.

I hope the TSV isn't a better deal.  I usually get email notices, but didn't get anything on this one.  Any idea of the price for queen size?

@Venezia These are not fleece. They are a true velvety fabric like the Berkshire blankets. Queen size is $45 and I think they should have a picture by now under the TSV sneak peek. Highly recommend if you like to be warm at night.

I think it's odd how both these sheet sets and the TSV a few weeks ago from Malden Mills feature lighter, more spring/summer looking color choices rather than fall/winter ones.  It would be nice to see chocolate, dark green, brick red and even black.

Sheet "garters". I use them for bottom sheets and bulky top sheets. Google "sheet garters" to find them.

I wouldn't want to be without them, and I keep a new set around for when the elastic in the old set fails.

I bought these sheets last years and love them.  Only problem I have with them is that the top sheet won't stay tucked in!  Makes me crazy and keep trying to think of a way to fix the problem.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I have the king set and there is an extra strip sewn on the end of the top sheet so there is extra to tuck in.  My granddaughter's bed has the full set and they are short with no extra fabric sewn on the end and they do not stay tucked in at all.  Since you sew, maybe sew an extra band of fabric at the foot of the sheet for tucking under purposes - I'd use a flannel or something.

I have the cream from last year. They're a french vanilla color.  Absolutely my favorite sheets for winter.   Washed them weekly all season and no pilling or discoloration.  Just ordered my second set and a bathrobe for me and one for my sister for a christmas gift.  These are a perfect 5 star, "10" sheet set.  Cant say enough great things about them.

@Jtdmum  Thanks!  I was wondering how they held up in a lighter color.  I have the dark silver and dark green only.   Now, decisions, decisions....

@lovesallanimals  Not sure if I'll get in trouble for this or not but since they have it on preview today, I'll take the chance.  Item number is H209075.  Good Luck!  Smiley Happy
