I think that's his job now.  He's become a celebrity presenter.  Im sure he gets paid for his services.  He's not good at the speech making part, he tries to be funny and says some cringe worthy things.  Lots of talk about the 30 minute chat and getting in and out in 35 hours. Could have Zoomed to speak with his father who is receiving treatment.  He's not critically Ill.  He walked to church this morning.
