All of the cast members were on other hit shows before, good casting. I love Daniel Sunjata years ago on Rescue Me, and Jevecia Leslie was from God Friended Me and Olson was on Hacks, the other female cop was from Succession.

I recorded the show last night as it comes on too late for me. I watched this afternoon and really liked it. It was different. True to my luck though, it will probably be cancelled since that is what happens every time I like a show.

I liked it. But I was looking for entertainment; it's not a police procedural. If a D.A. can hire a medium, the police department can hire this gal lol.

They repeated the first episode last night at 10 pm est. Liked it. She sure is a fascinating person. Cute kids!

Thinking back, I wasn't impressed with the first Will Trent episode, but that did better with subsequent shows.

@Tinkrbl44 I used to see commercials for Will Trent and got the impression it was more like a comedy or at least was supposed to be funny. Then, I tuned in one night when, for some reason, I was unable to watch the show I normally watch and it seemed kinda dark. I only watched the last 20 minutes or so though. However, it seems the commercials all focused on the upbeat funny parts of the show.

I once talked my husband into seeing the movie Gross Anatomy because everything in the ads for it was funny. I think they must've used every funny clip in their ads because the movie itself was far from funny. I still enjoyed it, but I like medical stuff. DH, not so much.

Will Trent is my favorite show. I like that the back story exposes the foster system abuse.

@Shelbelle Thank you..I was trying to remember where I knew Daniel Sunjata from...Rescue Me...loved that show! Love Hacks too!
