That show was good,of all the new ones I enjoyed this one,now that's canceled. All tv programs are nuts, being a senior few that I like.So I go to tcm channel that I enjoy.
10/18:Bluff City Law(NBC) will end its debut season with its 10th episode, despite a previous order of 6 additional scripts. While the show has technically not been canceled, a second season seems extremely unlikely.
I just deleted it from my recordings. What's the point of watching something that seems to have no future.
@Tinkrbl44 @I feel as you do. I watched the last episode that aired, but I’m out. I wasn’t too crazy about the show anyway, Monday and Thursday nights I watch and DVR a lot.
A suggestion ..... if you really like a show that gets cancelled, go to the network website, find "Contact Us", usually at the bottom of the home page, and COMPLAIN.
Not only will it make you feel better, but the networks need to know when they screw up.
I once worked with a gal who'd previously worked for NBC in NYC. They took complaints very seriously, because most people don't bother to write or give feedback. They always assumed that for every memo of complaint, there were at least another thousand people who felt exactly the same way.
Thank you for suggesting this @Tinkrbl44 . I took your advice and did this just now.
It has tough competition with Bull and Good Doctor, I do love Good Doc and have been watching Bluff City online the next day. Maybe before they hang it upo nbc should try changing its day and time, although they probably thought that The Voice would be a good lead in. They promoed Bluff to death all summer. Also, probably costly for them to film in Memphis.
Sadly, I did read today on the TV Guide site that it will not be returning after the 10th episode airs, last night was the 9th. I have enjoyed every episode so far.
I tried, I really did. I liked it at the beginning but I couldn't finish the one with the son's general Mom back in town and all the drama that went with that. I turned it off and that was it.
