@colliemom4 The way she was screaming at TJ was ridiculous! If I were him, I would have told her to take her butt right back home.

I know, right? - She seems a bit unhinged.

I can understand her being disappointed that TJ didn't do exactly what she asked him, but her over reaction was completely over the top.

She could have found one or two positive things to say about the apartment, before picking apart everything about it - Sheesh! Smiley Sad

Did Kimberly chip in financially at all for the apartment? If not, she should really be grateful that he got the loan and is providing for them.  Kirsten speaks in monotones and will fry out her hair with all of the platinum bleach.  Mary and Brendan have had phone and video sex since they've met online and now Mary's putting on the virginal/shy act? Also, she either needs to return to her natural black hair color or get her brassy dye job corrected- I can't stand the hair color on her, it does nothing for her complexion.  The loud gecko noises made me laugh out loud- it would be hard to get into the mood with that gecko yelling let alone having her grandparents in the same house Smiley Very Happy

Kimberly was crying and screaming about the toilet's location and not having toilet paper among other things.  Later while watching Pillow Talk, Jen said that they don't use toilet paper there but use spray bottles instead which she finds more sanitary! The entire thing was TMI which is typical of TLC. I guess Kimberly hasn't got the spray bottle memo yet lol.

I just read on Yahoo that Holly supposedly cries daily due to online comments about her. She's the one trying to live in South Africa. I've also recently read that Statler isn't pleased with comments about her either. I don't understand why people sign on for these shows if they can't take criticism or mean comments. Are they really in such denial?

These cast members have an odd combo of narcissim/main character syndrome and sensitivity.  They want the world to see them and their love Smiley Frustrated, but they don't want any constructive feedback or criticism.  They're public figures now.  We keep it civil and constructive and fun on the QVC forum, so I figure its alright.  Holly just seems really emotionally and physically fragile to me- I can't get a great read on her, but her clothing is way too provocative for her unsafe neighborhood.   I wish that Holly could cut her hair to slightly past her shoulders in a layered look- as a hairdresser, she should know that this isn't a good look really for anyone to have hair down to their ankles.

@SportyShorty07 Yes! Holly does seem very fragile emotionally to me as well.

As far as her clothing, she's barely covering up her girlie parts.

And that hair dragging on the ground, isn't she the one who only washes it every five days?

@Eager2Learn  Yes! She is so fragile, I just want to wrap her in bubble wrap Smiley Very Happy.  Her chemise style mini dresses AND thigh high boots are definitely a suggestive look- the outfits remind me of Julia Robert's hooker character in "Pretty Woman".  Why does Holly show so much skin, especially as a Jehovah's Witness Smiley Surprised?  Maybe she's trying to rebel or has outgrown the restrictive satandards of her religion.   I was cringing during the airport scene when she was chinging into shoes and her chest was showing and her putting her legs up to take her thigh high boots off was almost flashing her panties.

She does wash her hair once every 5 days- if hair is so long that it becomes a hindrance and something that has to be scheduled, its too long.  Also, Holly is around my height (I'm 4'11") and super long hair makes short women look even shorter.  She needs to deep condition and detangle her hair and cut a few feet off of it.

@colliemom4  TLC needs to stop casting couples like Mary and Brandon that have fundamentally unsafe and emotionally abusive dynamics.  Mary truly creeps me out Smiley Surprised- she needs a therapist for her issues with abandonment, not a boyfriend who she can guilt trip, police and imprison over HER past issues with cheating and trauma.   I read somewhere that he married her and she's pregnant- truly the absolutely biggest mistake of his life.  I hope to never see this couple again once the season is over.

Mary is evil and immature and Brandon is broken and clinging to anyone.  Maybe Mary's ex cheated on her because she's nuts- did she ever think of that?! Smiley LOL  She won't let him talk to family, friends, women, strangers- thats exactly what abusers do to their partners: weaken self esteem/personal boundaries, create psychological dependency and isolate the victim.  I know hate is a strong word, but I truly hate Mary and what she's doing to "Brandaaan" her "babi" Smiley Frustrated
