SMH! Why people STILL order things from QVC is beyond me. Instead of complaining about the shipping. etc. SHOP ELSEWHERE. The items QVC sells can be found in other stores OR in online businesses who have LOWER prices and FREE SHIPPING.

What I can't see is why these new executives running this outfit can't figure out that this overall problem is a major part of slumping sales.

I agree,, I keep looking at many orders that haven’t shipped. I called to cancel some, and was told they couldn’t because they’re in the processing stage, but it stays in there for too long!!! I don’t know why they won’t allow it to be canceled!!! So, I guess I’m going to do what you’re going to do!

I can top that!!!  I ordered a tee shirt on May 22nd and it is still not here and tracking shows its delayed.  Really???  I called customer service and they were no help at all.  They told me the same thing.  Why does it take so long QVC????

This has been going on since long before covid.  Q used to post the standard bear with us notes online but it didn't take long for people to realize they didn't really care because nothing changed. Covid made it much worse.

I ordered the White Mountain Clog Sandals (Item #A522721) from Macy's for $30 and QVC is selling them for $69. Also, I received from Macy's yesterday White Mountain Mary Jane Clogs (Item #A520347) for $30+ and QVC has them for $70.
