Why can't QVC do it this way all the time?

I ordered the Judith Ripka TSV watch on Wednesday night November 4th at midnight.  This is Thursday's TSV and I ordered at the first presentation.  

 

It shipped on Friday November 5th.  SHOCKED.  Orders from QVC usually sit "in process" for days (4-5 or more) before being shipped.

 

The watch actually arrived yesterday November 9th.  This is with standard shipping.

 

Why can't QVC operate like this all year and not just around the holidays?

TSVs often ship faster than anything else and I do wish they'd take that system and apply it across the board. One recent exception was the Frostguard TSV, which took over a week just to be shipped.
