Long-time forum member @jenagal was recently forced to create a new username and now she shows up on the forums as new user @JenaGal. Can one of the moderators please fix this? I'm pretty sure I remember reading that others have had this problem and it can be fixed.
FYI, @JenaGal reported this problem on the Jewelry forum Watch Collectors thread. There you can also see where she posted under her original username.

@aprimo, that's so sweet of you to try to help her out. It seems as though there should be some way to fix this. In our Wen forum, I know that recently I've read of two members who had to change their names recently. It's a bit unsettling.

I've had to change my name twice now. Years ago I was just dc, then debc, then debic.

Sorry for the delay, just in from my weekend! I almost wonder if this wouldn't be related to some sort of log in issue with the original account. I know that sometimes our auto fill populates incorrectly and you may end up locking yourself out of your account if you attempt the incorrect password too many times. If you would like, I can try to send account reset information to your e-mail and see if that works! Our e-mail is QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. Please include the phone number or e-mail address that you used to register so that I can look you up! ![]()

@bebe777 Sounds good! Yes, I had a very lovely weekend! I spent sometime relaxing, cooked a nice breakfast on Sunday, watched The Walking Dead with my husband, and visited my parents! I would say a good weekend all around! ![]()
