This suggestion is for QVC. I have realized that, recently, when QVC starts processing a new order, wether it is an Autodelivery or no, I don't get a text message notifying me of this new order. QVC used to send me text messages notifications when a new order started, but recently these notifications have stop. I don't know why but, please, QVC, start notifying the processing of new orders to your customers via text messages again. It is the best way to alert them. I hope someone in QVC listens to this suggestion.

Go to "my account" and your communication preferences.

@MLB9 I receive notifications when I place an order and when it ships. Sounds like your notifications somehow got turned off. Go to preferences and turn them back on.

Hello. My notifications have always been turned on, all the time. I just checked them now. The problem is that it has been a while qvc doesn't give you the option to choose text notifications anymore. That doesn't mean they don't sent you text notifications when you place a new order. However, if it is an autodelivery processing order... they don't notify you (or at least to me) anymore of this order. Check your notifications options, and you will see there is not option of text message anymore.

@MLB9, I don't think this has been discussed very much on the forums, but I remembered a thread about QVC eliminating text notifications. I'll post a link to it. This is a copy of the email message QVC sent to some customers (probably only to those who had opted for texting):

We thank you for staying connected to your orders, our offers and more through our text alert program. We're letting you know the text alert program will be discontinued on January 15, 2019. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to work on new ways to keep you informed.
To keep you close to your orders and the latest delivery updates, you can always check Order Status on QVC.com or opt in for emails and Facebook Messenger alerts. You can view or update your preference settings any time in My Account on QVC.com.
When on the go, we encourage you to use the QVC app for your mobile device.
Thanks for shopping with us.

The QVC Customer Care Team"
