Web Master- Here's What I keep seeing Online (NOT Mobile)

 Hi Web Person---

 

I have been getting this annoying message for three days now online but of course not on mobile. To help you, this is a copy of what it says:

 

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

Cookie

/n

 

IBM_HTTP_Server Server at www.qvc.com Port 80

Hi, @scubabe!  I'm not the "web person" but that error message indicates a problem with cookies stored on your device.  The first thing to try is deleting cookies on your browser (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, etc.).   I'd also clear cache/website data, close the browser and relaunch it.   It won't hurt a thing and is good "housekeeping" to do it on a regular basis.

 

That should work, unless it involves 

"supercookies/ubercookies."  Let us know if the problem persists.
